Very Poor Professionalism at this office. Sales are number one, and post service is the lowest priority possible. Seth and his staff engage in deceptive marketing practices to sell you on a auto and home quote. They will give you discounts upfront that you DONT qualify for and never ask you for documentation, only to have Farm Bureau come after you mid policy requesting more money on top of your policy premium. When asking Seth and his staff for assistance, was answered with generic answers and they could not explain why they wrote the policy with discounts that you dont qualify for. I dont recommend anyone do business here- find yourself another farm bureau agent!

Very Unprofessional. Didn't seem to care about my business at all. just switched and saved. if you have to deal with someone at that office, ask for SETH. he was helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. they other guy at the office is the WORST.
