        Chubb LITERALLY stole my money. Paid my "Masterpiece" policy when I closed on my home. Paid a year in advance. Paid my $6k+ premium and heard absolutely nothing from them until 10 months into the policy. They said they made an adjustment to my policy but did not notify me until 2 days before I was cancelled for "non payment". I called them immediately to get to the bottom of the increase and the Chubb representative didn't even know why they raised my premium by the amount they did(an additional $1400) They told me to contact my local agent to get to the bottom of it, I did, and they cancelled me for non-payment while working with them! This company claims to be "high end" but everything from their customer service to their communication feels like a 2nd rate cable company. Stay away if you value your money.
