So I had the pleasure of working with Menyon this past month getting insurance on my home and auto. I couldn't have been more pleased to have had her be the representative that I had to work with. By minute 5 she had already broke down any wall that people can put up when speaking with a stranger and just wanting to get their business done. She had made me feel like I've known her forever and I think we eneded up being on the phone for about 60 minutes the last time we had spoke. So down to earth and probably one of the easiest people to talk to. That's in all my years and not just insurance, in general she's everything you'd want in a person when doing these kind of things. People like Menyon and the way she was able to talk to me and handle all of the business needs, are the reason people will stay with the a company. I will never forget the conversation he had or the name lol. Very very very happy customer here and she'll be the first to get a 10/10 from me!! State Farm, don't ever lose Menyon because in the hour or 2 total I had spoke with her getting both my policy's in order and all the small talk we had made my experience well worth it!!!!!
