Sincere apologies for the back-and-forth and difficulty working with the team, we strive to provide the best service possible and so we take matters very personally. For these reasons, I would not put too much equity into the integrity of that result and instead reference the Air Chek Labs resultsTesting Before & AfterThe EPA/ANSI mandates that mitigators do not perform the test as it may be under speculation for integrity, a third party should be responsible for the test and the at-home test we provide is sufficient for post-mitigation testingPipe HeightASD piping was applied to the side of the home- which mandates no less than 6 inches. It appears that the system is within that spec.We do want to make this right and so we are happy to extend the pipe further to meet your comfort without charge.
