They do not return your messages, but continue to send harassing messages about the work you need done, but then do not answer the questions you have about the work you need done. Then I called to ask them why they haven't been returning my messages and she said they're all documented and said someone was suppose to contact you soon. I don't know why and there's nothing I can do about them not getting back to you. The city of Rhinelander should fire you.

Lying crooks. So glad our city has forced me to deal with this horrible company. Theyve lied repeatedly, refused to call us back, threatened us, and trespassed on our property. And now theyve either given us a faulty water meter, or their technician broke something in the supply line because somehow we used 3,200 gallons of water while we were out of the country for a week and our water bill has tripled. Thanks hydrocorp!

The gentleman arrived on time and answered all our questions up front. Fortunately for us, we didn't have any issues and it cost us nothing.

They came out to my house and actually did property damage. I had a cheap Wye adapter on my outside water faucet. Instead of unscrewing it they actually snapped it off, breaking it so it is unusable. When I call and asked why they did this they said my city of Wixom gave them permission to. What I really did not like the most, was there are 72 houses in my sub division, the only hassled me, out of all the other house, and told me I had to replace my hose spigots. All my neighbors our houses built in mid 1970's have the same spigots. So I was discriminated against.
