Worst bank possibly imagineable!!!!!! Feb 9th THEIR ENTIRE BANK SYSTEM WENT DOWN, DENIED FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS. EVEN THEIR PHONES RANG DEAD. With almost no explanation: they blame a power outage. A BANK THAT ONE CANT TRUST TO MANAGE MONEY NOR EVEN PROVIDE INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. Lake Michigan Credit Union blames DTE with no care about how destructive their lack of service to customers is. I will be calling the federal trade commission and any news media outlet interested in hearing how hundreds of thousands of customers are disaffected by their subpar "service!!!!!

(This review I specifically for their home loan services) We are first time homebuyers and Matt Adler, as well as Jessica Burley and the rest of the team, were absolutely fantastic to work with! With sincere gratitude, I want to express how thankful I am we found them. Matt was very transparent from the start (unlike a few I spoke with), an excellent communicator, and he answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. Their expertise and attention to detail made the financial aspect seamless and stress-free. From explaining complex terms with visual charts to match, to ensuring we secured a favorable rate, their dedication and professionalism truly stood out. Their turnaround time once we found a house was also very fast. We closed in less than the expected 30 days! They charge you $15 to make a payment with a debit card every time and $10 to make a payment with a checking's account every time. This is a really shady credit union. I would recommend doing business elsewhere.
