        They are a small store, but they have a large selection of vehicles. So often, Rental stores don't take care of the vehicles, but that has not been my experience at the Troy location of Enterprise. I don't want to gush over them too much, as they do what needs to be done, but I think it bears noting that they do it, when others don't. Thank you for your responses to my needs.

        I had a reservation at this location with a corporate account and they didn't let me rent a car without logging into the email and showing emails. I didn't have office laptop and so I couldn't rent. Which wasn't a problem in any other rental location except this and it except to person called Dustin Odeh. He was rude in conveying this too. My time was wasted because of trusting enterprise with it's service. Stay away from this location if you want better service

        Troy Michigan Enterpriae has the worst customer service, very rude and impolite, will not recommend this place to anyone. Not sure how these guys are running this business this poor. Will never rent from here.
