I have bought a dodge challenger 2019 3 weeks ago 5 mins after taking away from delarship it started to have problems and the manager from service he said the delarship is not gonna cover anything and repair has to be out of my pocket when I took bought the car it supposed to have a little warranty he started to yell at me and denied service there giving bad customerservice the manager for service who denied was Doug Myers everytime I bring my car they tell me it done but I have the same issue no problems was resolved I bought a jeep from suburban of farmington hills never had a issuethere I highly suggest buying from there great on customer service and friendly customersservice

Kyler was my technician! He was absolutely amazing! He did everything he could. To make the whole experience go as, smoothly as possible.
Long story short. I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I had to get a transmission leak and oil leak look at. A week before my appointment the Jeep wouldn't start. They let me drop it off a week early not Guaranteeing that they will be able to look at it!
That day Kyler called me to tell me there already working on it!
1th the original battery was 100% dead!
2nd They diagnosed the transmission and oil leak with transmission cooler replacement and oil filter housing replacement. I have a warranty on the Jeep thank god! All that fixed. I had to leave it over the weekend. Which ended up being a good thing.
3rd The Alternator failed. Kyler called the warranty company. That was also covered. Replaced that.
4th PCM computer module. That was not covered. Kyler looked and was able to get a discount on that!
So Alternator started to fail. Making the PCM work harder.(PCM sends a signal tell the Alternator to chager the battery). Also not charging the battery correctly! CAUSING everything to fail!! GOTTA LOVE CHRYSLER!

Almost 300 dollars for a key and when asked why more than other dealers I was told each one can name their own price and than they charged me 10.49 for shop supplies. I bought a key what supplies did they need ?
