After some initial problems with the purchase and a bit of trouble getting in touch with the right person, these guys went out of their way to fix my issues and make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Rocky start, but great end to the situation. Thanks!

We had a great experience at Suburban. We tried four other dealerships before here, and felt varying levels of being given the run around. At Suburban, Drew and Bob treated us with respect and were very straightforward. They found us the car we wanted and negotiated a great price with absolutely no pressure or manipulation. In addition we have kids with special needs and they were very accommodating of our family dynamics. The whole staff was extremely professional. We will be going back here next time we need a car.
