Friendly staff, been coming to this location a lot more.. The Allen Road location is now always out of donuts and rude staff, so I come out of my way to this location. The staff is pretty nice and have lots of donuts on hand

Very unfortunate experience with staff taking the order. Younger girl with long brown hair and piercing above her lip was extremely rude and short. When asking for a donut for my younger brother all she had to say in a very snotty tone was we are out of pretty much everything. On a Friday morning at 6:45 am that is very unfortunate, but the least she could do was handle the situation with a nicer tone. This establishment used to be much nicer and has sense gone down so quick.

There are no words to describe the quality of food and employees here. When the restaurant is bad for this many years it means the problem is from the top. Where is the district manager? Is there a manager? So sad. I feel bad for anyone that stops by this shop. Remember you have BIGGBY, Dunkin Donuts, and Starbucks right down the street that give excellent service and food at the same price

Came here this afternoon. All their lunch items was out so they only had breakfast. I ordered the farmers wrap knowing they didnt have hash browns in stock. As well as their Oreo Iced Cap and a donut. While I waited for my order the staff member was yelling out for help since the drive through got backed up. I heard this person saying they are suppose to be off the clock and cant stay any longer. I felt bad for this person as I over heard their complaint since the drive thru window was open. Unfortunately my wrap was burnt and I got food poisoning. I felt they were feeling rushed and under pressure while making my drink/sandwich. I was just reading the reviews and I agree about the staffing issue here. Hopefully management can fix this because its not OK with how they are running things. I feel bad for the employees.
