Starbucks

Whoever runs this place needs to teach their employees some respect. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Starbucks in Woodhaven then continue to come here, just because of how disrespectful Hayley and Lauren are to customers. Horrible people. When Hayley went to go take my order, mind you Im the only one in line, she starts with what do you want. Then she proceeds to not read my order back to me, and when I get my drink and tell her it was wrong and that I wanted a Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte and not a Pumpkin Latte, she acted like it was such an inconvenience to her. Maybe if you listened, dropped the attitude, and made it right the first time, you wouldnt have to remake it.

The service and drinks were fine, typical Starbucks quality and I'd recommend. I do not like having to go into a Kroger and to make it a bit more cumbersome Kroger has a 1 way gate thats annoying to fuss with when your hands are full. I prefer a standalone store. As I said the Starbucks quality was fine will use in the future when in a pinch.

Who ever owns this Starbucks plz if you're reading FIRE LAUREN IMMEDIATELY it was around 6:30pm and I ordered a sandwich and I sat and waited for it then I noticed shw left to go on break and didn't get my sandwich when she csme back I told her she forgot it and she was very snobby and said she cut the oven off and left for her break before i got my food know I order the sandwich I got a refund but she is very rude and acts like she doesn't wanna be there and NEEDS to be exterminated:)
