I started seeing a PA after Dr. Spence became a hospitalist. I saw this PA for several years. I had faith in her for awhile. Last year I had some labs done that had a result that was extremely disturbing. She never contacted me and when I went to my follow up appointment months later I was told "Debra's not here today, sorry you will have to reschedule". I had taken time off from work which I was not getting paid for. I ended rescheduling with a different PA. She seemed appalled that I hadn't been contacted by the previous provider about these lab results and put me on a medication. I have been happy with her until this week. I have an appointment on Friday. I have left 3 messages asking for a return phone call to let me know if there are lab orders for me so I can get that done before my appointment. I have received no response except for the automated confirmation call. I'm assuming that it is the staff that is not doing their job by not returning my call. I work in a medical practice. We don't leave the office until all messages from patients have been answered. I like Britney, but I will not be going to this practice anymore. I also need to add that, yes, I agree with previous reviews, that the front desk staff seems to not care whatsoever and are basically rude a majority of the time. Their demeanor is like they work at a gas station not a medical practice.

They are always willing to work with you and despite having to deal with grumpy people all day, they are always pleasant!

Dr. Carroll is wonderful and kind and always pleasant. Office staff is not the nicest. I try to be empathetic and consider theyre having a bad day but the office staff must always be having a bad day. I talked to Kelsey today and she was nice though!
