Munson Healthcare Advanced Wound Center

As a first time paient I was scheduled for an appointment then called and said the doctor could not do it okay I understand things come up. So the appointment is made for the following week. The next day I get a call saying they have to change it because they have no providers that day. And make it 2 weeks out mind you I have a hole in my leg that is 7cm x7cm and 3cm deep. And the whole time I am talking to the receptionist she is laughing. They are not the ones going or waiting to go through this process.

Received a bill from this place. Never been to this office or even heard of it, but now I have fix it. What a mess, I have lost track of the number of phone calls to fix.

These people are very rude, they don't help your wounds heal they just make them worse. And front desk ladies are so disgusting towards people...would NOT recommend going here. I'd recommend Bay city Regional wound center. You get treated barbaric here and they are of no help, If you want your wounds to become worse then go. If not then stear clear of this God awful place. Theyre stuck up and Not there to help you.
