Absolutely terrible clinic. The facility is run down, old, smelly, with mold, missing drywall, worn out carpet, and I am sure it does not meet code. The exam rooms have carpet, sorry but that is absolutely disgusting. By the smell, you can tell it has years of bodily fluids soaked into it. According to the employees the building floods on a regular basis which explains the mold and missing drywall. I really can't believe the State hasn't shut this place down yet. Munson is obviously a slum lord that is squeezing every dime they can out of this failing facility.I've heard the manager Sherry Verhamme there be extremely rude to the employees. When I was there, I heard a male doctor, Dr. S. Lee Warnaar screaming at the top of his lungs at a female employee in the hallway, obviously being very abusive and unprofessional and Sherry Verhamme just looked the other way. I have never seen an employee treated like that. If he's willing to do that to a coworker, I feel sorry for his wife. I can imagine what she goes through. Sherry is obviously the reason this type of bullying goes on there. I felt so bad for the female employee and the lack of action by management that I will never go to that clinic again. It was straight up abuse and Sherry condoned it. It is obviously a very hostile work environment, and their employees are miserable.They also cut the patient visits down to 20 minutes, so you can't get proper time with a physician there. By the time they get the room cleaned, your vitals taken, and get you back to the room you have about 5 minutes with their doctor. Munson claims this is to provide better care for the patients. Seriously. When I choose my next primary care provider, my first requirement is that the office is not associated with Munson Healthcare at all.
