        OK the procedure went OK I guess. Got email telling me to go to Healo for results. I use Healo frequently to get Munson/Thirlby Clinic lab and other results but after more than a dozen attempt to get into NM Gastro results was unable to get in. Maybe I'm just too old to figure it out...

        Unsatisfactory phone experience: First call, I was disconnected after the lengthy message. Second call, I was sent to another message and told calls were not being accepted. I called at 3:10 pm and according to the lengthy message call would not be accepted at 4 pm. I called a third and fourth time and still my phone call was not accepted. There is no place to leave a message.
