        I was in a time crunch to get some specific paint and not only did they gladly help me, they even called an employee to come in who knew the paint department a little better since they were short staffed. That employee came in with the biggest smile on her face. Side note: I did NOT demand they call in extra help, it was done without my knowledge and they assured me it was how they operate! Cortney and Katy are amazing, please visit them here! Thank you ladies!

        I do love the customer service and the biggest reason why I even go to Lowe's is because of the customer service there is places where I can go and get better deals for stuff and going to supply warehouses but just the fact of how nice the people are that's why I come back to that area play Home Depot customer service is good but has not the same atmosphere same thing with Menards Lowe's definitely does have better customer service and the friendliness is way bigger you can really tell that really are interested in helping and giving you the best solution if they have any background experience or past knowledge and a lot of them do and they seem like a lot of older people who wear blue collar workers that do have past experience and knowledge and that's very nice especially for somebody who does want to do a renovation or anything in that type of regard where they can give actual real information and criticism and some professional advice
