        We recently moved to the area and had ordered all new appliances for our home. The experience was frustrating, to say the least. But one employee, Mikeila, at the Rochester Hills store, put everything right. She had to bare the brunt of my frustration with two other stores and various Lowes installers and delivery people who, frankly, were not very good. However, Mikeila took responsibility to personally resolve the issues and did so professionally and efficiently. It really mattered to her that a customer was satisfied and helped and she did a great job. So many other Lowes employees we've encountered during our move could learn a lot from her.

        I will not shop at Lowe's! I am having my home completely renovated and it started in October of 2023. I've already purchased washer, dryer, stove , fridge, microwave, flooring,, paint, etc. I went to return 3 cold air returns with a receipt ( 6 days past 90 day's) and 4 cold air returns without a receipt and all I asked for was a store credit seeing we still are renovating. They refused! I then called their headquarters and talked to customer service and they said no, so I asked to speak with their supervisor and the supervisor said no. I would think after spending that kind of money they could help me out but they didn't! I will not give to them any more of my business! They only care about you when you make a purchase not after,! Sooooo Good Bye Lowe's! You won't get another dime out of me. I will shop home Depot and Menards! I wish I would have read all your negative reviews before I spent that much money there!
