This company provides caregivers for my sons and have bent over backwards to find good personnel and to cover all hours. I have a really good set of staff people right now and I appreciate it very much.

This home care agency is a JOKE! Stay away from this employer! They will terminate you with no cause or reason! They will use you, and dispose of you like a piece of trash, and give no reason why! This company is a disgrace and has no business treating their employees like they do! Terminating a long term employee because your are “ ending your at will employment agreement” with ZERO notice is disgraceful and so unprofessional! Especially when asked repeatedly why and it was told “it’s not a work performance issue, we are just reorganizing” Choices what a disgusting thing to do to an loyal employee, Shame on you! I’m sure you are aware of legal consequences if you dare say anything negative after you clearly stated “ it’s not a performance issue”. So please be advised that if you should be so bold as to cross that line and say ANYTHING negative there will be legal repercussions and you can bet on that! Horrible way to treat any human being, ZERO NOTICE? If they treat employees this way I would advise anyone reading this that is considering hiring this company to care for your loved one to stay away!
