I Was referred to Concrete Service for a sewer tank cover. The petite woman
With long brown hair behind the counter was initially nice, but then became very agitated with me. Her questions and statements towards me were very confrontational. I was only passing along the Info that was given to me. I decided to go back to the people at Milan supply because they tried to be extremely helpful on a subject that I knew very little about.

They were great. Answered any questions I had.
The person that waited on me was polite and I didn't have to wait around. I purchased some slate and bags of concrete. I pulled my auto around the corner and a lift truck pulled up to me and loaded in the back of my SUV. That's a big help.

I have been buying pavers from the concrete service for the last 10 years now for my landscape company, and I could not be happier with their products and their service. I usually have the products delivered to me within just a day or two from being ordered. Most times the same day. If there are ever any kind of issues with a product or an order, they work very fast to resolve it. Great company. Great people that work there , and I will continue doing business with the concrete service for a very long time.
