Deep Foundation Repair

These guys were great. Knowledgeable, honest and punctual! I was told I had a major foundation issue by one company who tried to sell me $30,000 worth of work. These guys came in looked around and took some measurements and assured me that my foundation was solid. A third company came today and said the same thing.

DFR services did a great job building a new foundation under a part of my house that was previously only supported with brick piers. They were professional, kind, answered all of my questions, finished a week earlier than expected and left the property in good shape after finishing up. I would highly recommend them! Christine Lund

Greg showed up to give me a quote on repairs to the stone foundation of my 130-year-old house. The mortar is cracked and crumbling in places. Missing altogether in others. We discussed various options. He was straightforward in what his company could do. And then suggested another option I might consider if I am only interested in temporarily sealing the cracks against invasion from mice as structurally the foundation is sound. I appreciated his honesty and his consideration for what my needs are. I definitely recommend this guy.

Greg and John recently completed a project at our house. They removed a deteriorating asphalt side driveway and adjacent railroad tie retaining wall, and replaced it with a new paver stone wall and patio. Additionally, they added cedar posts around the patio for cafe patio lights, and for a metal fence and arbor. I'll post a picture of the space at this time, although we're still waiting for work to be completed on the fence and arbor by another company. When it's all done, it's going to be awesome! I mostly wanted to share our appreciation with the professionalism and quality of work on this project. Greg was my contact person. He was very good at follow-up and communicating from the start, and it continued throughout the whole project. Both Greg and John came with ideas, made suggestions on ways to problem solve, and also were sensitive and responsive to our desire to stay within a budget. They were right on schedule with the timing they promised, and were at our house bright and early every day. They have most all of their own equipment, so there were no delays due to lack of equipment access. They kept our property clean and picked up at the end of every day's work. The weather cooperated, ensuring they completed the project sooner than we'd expected. I threw a couple last-minute changes at them, and they graciously obliged. I would highly recommend Greg/John/Deep Foundation Repair for any work you're considering. They're professionals and very good at what they do.
