Cutting Edge Property Maintenance

We hired this company to manage our HOA lawn services for 2023, so far we are not happy. Can never get ahold of anyone. When you call their number you get pushed to leave a voicemail. No returned calls etc. I'm starting to feel as they are equipped enough to handle a commercial account and only residential small yards.

Cutting Edge property service is by far the best property maintenance company Ive had to look over my property. The calls between me and the company are few and far between due to the professionalism of this company. The only thing they call me for is to approve anything out of the ordinary. During winter events my parking lots and sidewalks are dryer than the Sahara desert. My companys grass is always taken care of and the landscape is superb. The owners of the company are very professional and great guys I would 10/10 recommend them Services: Lawn care, Landscaping maintenance, Hardscaping

I use cutting edge for a few things because the guys they have do outstanding work. I use them for my business for snow removal; my lawn at home! If youre looking into getting a reliable company you got one right here! Pulled a muscle in my back slipping on the unplowed parking lot while getting out of my car to go into my place of business. The company was here salting the parking lot, didn't even drop the plow. This will be discussed further with building management.
