    I'd rather sleep outside than attempt staying another night here. Booked a double room, only had a single available. Someone was already in the room we were given, not because they were supposed to be... It's a red roof, how much can you expect, but wow, this is a new low. Sleep on top of the blankets with your shoes on kind of place. I wish I had another set of arms so I could give it 4 thumbs down.

    No coffee service, been to the front desk several days now and there's no coffee service to my room or at the front desk ( they do have a non working telephone and broken coffee maker in my room). Maybe they will have soap, the room smells awful (no febreeze on furniture or in room). If this is your 1st choice for a place to stay, my advice is to book an Airbnb, it will definitely smell better.

    This is perhaps one of the worst experiences at a hotel in all our times of travelling. After driving for 9 plus hours, it should not be too much to expect, to check in, get your keys and be able to then relax. This was definitely not the case. At room number one, the door was already open, a key inside and garbage left on the dresser. The manager provided us a second room which was clean, however, we realized after bringing in our things from our truck that if we both left the room we weren't getting back in. The door would not open despite ours and the manager's best efforts. The manager refused any talk of a refund but did offer us a third room. This we reluctantly took as we were exhausted. This room proved to be okay, although the manager never returned with the promised towels (the room only had one towels. (There had been towels in the second room but they appeared to be either dirty or severely stained.) Unlike other Red Roof Inns , there is no breakfast offered at this Inn nor was there coffee available in the lobby.
