I wouldn't believe myself if I wouldn't have lived through this. It's a brand new building and yet this is far and away the worst hotel I've stayed at in a very long time. The first room wasn't cleaned stuff in the toilet and unvacuum floors. The second room looks nice, but there was a used wash cloth hanging from the shower that was never cleaned and then I discovered the room door won't latch. Okay, new hotel probably didn't notice the latch is misaligned. Looking for a third room? No problem until night when you can hear everything through the ceiling. I mean everything! People walking, people talking people's phones are going off. Am I supposed to be mad because people are walking at 2 o'clock in the morning? No, why are the ceilings so thin? This is a new one for me. I've had apartments where you could hear people walk but never a hotel. When a person lets their door shut, it shakes the ceiling.. Lastly, James, working at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. He sits a cross from the front desk watching TV and will not answer the phone. When I went down the lobby to ask what was going on. He simply replied. I have other duties than answering the phone. What other duties watching TV? I travel for work, and I've seen a lot, but this was awful. Rooms: It's a new hotel. There are construction errors that I'm sure it will be addressed, but make sure your room is clean before you stay. Housekeeping is currently hit or miss. Noteworthy details: The walls and ceilings are so thin. You can hear everyone get up. Shut their door, walk around all morning and all night.

So first off Fairfield at Marriot filters what reviews they want you to see. This is a brand new hotel still straw on the ground to grow grass. Place looks amazing inside and out. That's where it ends. Only been open since late February. The front desk staff is amazing prob best I have ever dealt with. Go into room to mostly empty shampoo conditioner and body wash bottle mounted to shower walls. Then realize the toilet paper rolls. Omg one is near to empty other half used . No trash liners with filth in trash cans. Now here's where it all went bad. Can't find tv remote report to front desk reply was we will get you one replaced ASAP. Ran to dinner came back relaxed a few moments now ready for bed. Pull back bedding well guess what there is the remote. So hopefully someone important like a CEO sees this cause I don't sleep on dirty sheets and blankets knowingly so I tried the chair a bit . Absolutely disgusting do not stay here!! You should be ashamed to use the Marriot name brand.
