Super 8 by Wyndham Stevensville/St. Joseph

Several weeks ago, I posted a review regarding staying here for one night March 14, 2024, and developed 36 bedbug bites the next evening after going on to my daughter's.. Dave, the general manager said he would refund my stay, but he has not and as I read other reviews, he tells people he will refund them, but he doesnt. If you have a problem here, which I didnt think I would, watch out because they do not want to give you a refund!

Rooms: Stayed here while I was in town its quiet here the rooms were nice and they have a place to go and do a barbecue which was great

Stayed here long-term a while back. Staff started out being nice, working with us on a weekly rate and everything. Then many months later, for no particular reason, one of the managers(?) started scolding me for things he had no issues with before and being what I can unfortunately only describe as b*tchy, nearly every time I saw him- even when he saw me at my job since I worked on that street at the time. The rooms weren't very well kept and there were easily fixable issues- there wasn't a smoke detector in the room at any point and the curtains started to fall off the wall a few months in. Decent sized fridge, though. There were also random unexplained charges in our account from this place every now and then. I have also heard of this happening to other people and even saw the bank statements. I'd try one of the other much nicer, more honest places down the road more towards Meijer.
