I have to say this daycare is absolutely amazing compared to the one I came from(Childtime long lake). The director is amazing!! She loves her job and it shows! Its completely night and day from my previous experience. Amber and Mallory are like the dynamic duo!! They sincerely care about your kids here and get to know each one of them on an individual basis. The bonds they have built with these children are amazing to see. My son is super happy here. His temperament has changed drastically due to the environment he is in. He is super happy and enjoys his teachers.
What I will say is both my previous location and this location has the same upper management and if you do have concerns the DM tends to brush them off like she doesnt want to hear them and customer service makes it hard to escalate issues past the DM to regional and so forth. They need someone in that position that actually cares about what is happening in their facilities!

I love this pre-k my little one is in. The teachers and the administrator are always there to answer any questions. And are very understanding, my daughter's old school she would cry every day. They didn't offer cameras. So I had no idea what was going on. Not only is she happy everyday going to school. But they send me updates on their app. And I can watch her on the camera if I'm feeling like I want to see her. I love this place! Even the front desk receptionist is amazing!

My son attended this school and lost 2 teeth. The kids are extremely physical at this school and stuff dont handle the concerns properly.

Wow what a piece of work for a daycare. I almost feel like these people should have put me on their payroll as much as I have tried to assist them with this hell hole they call a childcare facility.I am very shocked this school remains to have 4 stars. When my son first started in August of 2022 I should have knew to run then. Incorrect doing of paperwork, at the time the facility didnt even have a director managing it. The first director came along and her name was Michelle, honestly they should have just kept Michelle because things were going at least a tad bit okay. When Amber came along I guess she was put in place to make things better but she made things all the WORSE. While Amber has been the director my son has lost 2 teeth. I never received an incident report and I had to call corporate to request a copy. April the corporate manager had the nerves to ask me what was the reasoning for wanting to see the footage. Are you serious April? A few month later now my son is suddenly acting out and doing things no one else has ever heard of. Long story short do not bring your child here. I cant say too much more since I will be contacting a lawyer but the treatment and discrimination is real! NEVER AGAIN. My son was unenrolled as of 7/28/23 & I never heard staff complain so much about working for 300+ a week per kid. What a lazy, incompetent staff you all have!
