Melissa and her staff are very well suited for this line of work. We'd went with other providers in the past and didn't feel as if we had gotten or money's worth. They offer quite a few amenities that the big names do but they don't have that cold corporate feel to them. Her rules aren't draconian nor are they to lax. Keep in mind that this isn't just a business, it's her family's home too. Perhaps it's not a big deal to some people but it's something to keep in mind. My wife and I have been very satisfied with their services and will continue to take our boy there knowing that not only will he be safe, he'll be happy too.
