        Useless. Started service and sim cards were shipped, there was a problem with Fedex twice. I went to the store and they said because I placed the order online they can't help me, they didn't even bother to ask for my name or check the account at all. When I called customer service they said that the store should not have turned me away and that they could have provided the sim cards there in person. I called customer service again and they confirmed that the store should have helped me, they set up an appointment at a different location for me. Started my account with verizon almost a month ago and haven't been able to use it yet my bill is also due.... So again, this store is useless. I came in around 11:56 AM on 1/20/2024

        This place will give you the worst WORST deal. The heydenreich rd in front of home depot Verizon will give you a better deal and service. Just got 2 new iPhone 15 pro max at 144 out the door at heydenreich rd. verizon. Dont waste your time at this location. Its privately owned and maybe thats why.
