        This bank just transitioned to a new bank and closed online banking for 3 days. I tried calling to see if a customer service rep could tell me what is in my account and after calling 5 time to try and get through to someone because I had to keep trying different option before the automated robot finally transferred me I was told they cant even access my account. Absolutely ridiculous that it was so hard to get through to someone. I definitely recommend not using this bank if you like calling and speaking to a real human over a dumb robot.

        The ATM has been down at least two days this week, possibly longer. If you need to do anything inside or drive thru, this location is great. It's disappointing that the ATM is down on a seemingly weekly basis though.
