        I waited 2 times for them to come. The first time my family and I waited for 2 hrs past the time I was told. The second time I waited 4 hrs. And I couldn't get them to answer their phone. They lie and say it isnt their fault. I would not waist my time with this company. They are horrible.

        This company is by far the worst company I have ever experienced. The man who towed my car put the chains on the wrong spots and broke my tire rods. Then the company supervisor has done an awful job making this situation right. I am an elementary school teacher and have been without a car for over a month due to this situation. They have not once tried to contact me to help me. The supervisory always wasnt in the office or would call me back. Never use this company. They are completely useless. Service: Special vehicle towing
