My first visit, I had Theresa as my Hygentist. She is a little high strung and kept talking in my ear lecturing me about my teeth. I was a little past my 6 month cleaning, so I took it in stride. I booked another cleaning with her for 12/13/22. I still got a lecture no biggie, I will pay closer attention. However, when it came to flossing, she acted as if she was scrubbing a pot. Ive never had a Hygentist stand over me, resting her arm on my forehead and do that! I spoke up and simply said that she was being a little heavy handed, and shifted my head so she had to remove her arm! She got offended and said I can book with someone else next time. Upon leaving, I did book with her because I wasnt trying to be mean nor confrontational. However, when I went out the door, I turned around and changed it to Judy. Everyone seems REALLY NICE, especially Dr Gantz. However, Theresa just needs to be a little more gentle, stop the lecturing (scolding someone like a kid), and just relax. I LOVE going to the dentist. Im going to give Judy a try, and if it doesnt work out, Ill go back to my old dentist, no problem. If it wasnt for Theresa, I wouldve given five stars. So give them a try, just dont get Theresa!

As a first time patient, they brought me back from the waiting room right away and I was seen almost immediately. The doctor was great and Cris did my cleaning. She was very gentle and thorough! Highly recommend!
