        Enrolled and able to use online delivery request which is very convenient. I am not sure when they will look at my quage to see if it is accurate. I spoke with the office and the delivery driver to find out if their will be an order. Can you help me out with my request on the tank guage please?

        While we've been customers of Ferrellgas for over 17 years we knew their customer service has been hit or miss. Leaving customers to run out of propane during a period of subzero temperatures with no way to communicate with them is absolutely the last straw.
