I thought about purchasing a trailer hitch online and trying the install myself. I am glad that I went to Petes Camping after talking with Scott. The price for the hitch at Petes Camping was competitive with the online price not even considering shipping costs and wait times with the whole supply chain shortage. With a deposit, Scott ordered the correct hitch and then set the install date for a week later. When the incorrect hitch was sent, Scott resolved the issue and still had the hitch ready for installation on the scheduled date. Scott installed the hitch and the wiring and then helped me with changing to the correct hitch receiver. I am very glad that I chose to go with Scott and Petes Camping. I would rate the service I had a full 5 stars out of 5 and I would work with this company again if needed in the future.

Convenient for some things. Try to give this place your business, and you realize you wouldve been further ahead to buy it online. Just a general lack of care or interest in what they do. Depending on who you talk to, your offered a problem instead of a solution.

I have been using Pete's my whole life, that ended today. I called the store at 4:50 to see if they could wait as I needed a part to go camping this weekend. I arrived at 5:00 exactly and she was still in the parking lot and left without helping me out. I've spent an endless amount of money here over the years. I will make sure everyone I know stops going here. I would have had what I needed and been gone within a minute. Please shop elsewhere.

Had 2 certified mechanics, tell me it was this and that, which had nothing to do with problem. Petes had it figured out an fixed in a couple hours.
