I was using Precision for a few years to clean my furnace and my air conditioner. the last time they came up to clean my furnance, I was told that my burners were rusted and needed to be replaced. I had Great Dane come out and they inspected my furnace and NOTHING was wrong, no rusty, perfect running condition. NO repairs needed. They are not trustworthy and I stopped using them.

Ron came out and made the process easier than I could imagine. Very knowledgeable and gave me my options without any pressure. I'll begin by saying five stars all the way.  Nuff said right there, but heck I'll elaborate because it's a well deserved five stars.  Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest nights so far this year and it was a Saturday evening which meant we had to wait until Monday morning to place a call.  It did give us time though to do our research and make the decision on which company to contact.  The excellent ratings for Precision Temp spoke for themselves, so we gave them a call first thing Monday morning and we were scheduled for the following day.  That was fine with us considering we're in the midst of our first heatwave of the season and their phones are probably ringing off the hook.  A few hours after calling and scheduling for our next day service, we lucked out and got a call back saying they could come by that same day if it was convenient for us.  It actually worked out perfectly and not long after the phone call, our service tech had arrived.  After a few minutes of diagnosing the problem, the part was replaced and the AC system was once again humming and cooling!I did my research on Yelp and it paid off, so my advice is don't hesitate to call Precision Temp Heating and Cooling!  Prompt, friendly and professional service!
