        Definitely not happy bought a new phone to find out it doesnt have a SIM card!! Hopefully they make it right tomorrow morning.

        Stopped into the St. John MI store to check on a phone concern and possibly an update to my phone. Was told by the Manager and a counter girl that they didn't carry any Android phones in the store, only IPhones. They gave me a website to check out for an Android replacement phone. Told me to bring the phone in WHEN I got it, and they would set it up if I couldn't. WTH? So what a relief to go to another location and not getting blown off because I didn't want an IPhone. Joe and Jade were great to work with and got me into a new Android phone I felt comfortable with. I didn't even have to go online to a website to find a new phone! They had them right it stock! Purchased a new Galaxy S23 FE and so far very happy with it. Thank you T Mobile St. Johns for making a bad situation a win!

      Hello Scott, we apologize for your less-than-ideal experience. Many of the latest and greatest phones now have integrated sim cards called e-sims, physical cards are no longer required to connect to your carriers!
