        Spectrum's phone help was quick and thorough. They sent a technician out to fix my problem right away. He was great. Explained everything he was doing and spent two hours patiently tracking down the source of the problem. Great, great service.

        Hate your service I EVERYTIME I call...my bill goes up You have all these adds for new customer plans but you bend your existing customers over and over. Your service center sucks Your customer service sucks Your actual spectrum service sucks....

        This is a junk yard. Not a spectrum store. At least not one that looks accessible to public. Behind a fence that says private.
