Bought a washer and dryer, delivered and installed, all for a great price. The customer service is excellent. Overall, I am extremely pleased and would recommend ARC to anyone.

I purchased a gently used washer and dryer set here and Im extremely pleased. It was convenient, quick, and reasonably priced plus included a warranty. I will be returning to purchase other appliances as needed or to utilize ARC to service and repair other appliances in my home.

Bought a washing machine July of 2022. It lasted till November 2022. They would not repair it, or come pick it up to replace it. Unresponsive after many calls and texts. If I could give less stars I would. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! 4/25/23 update: it appears the owner thought it was better to attack me rather than address the real issue here. They dont stand behind their product, they sold me a piece of junk. I tried to get them to come out to fix, or buy it back like they advertise. Dont count on that! It was not abused by my Tenant. Rather than discuss my issues, they just ignored my calls and texts. Then have the nerve to say I have low integrity?? Not a good way to run a business. I stand by original review.
