Bought a new ge front load washer and dryer from Home Depot. Paid extra to have doors on both dryer and washer switched. Was told they would come switch in working order. They were delivered and the doors were wrong called salesman and he said they would send someone out. 10 days latter here come the delivery company they broke the door on the washer left without saying good by.. I was told that I would have to call Home Depot. They told me it was a warranty issue I would have to take it up with ge. They broke the latch and stripped out a screw on the door. Home Depot manager and I argued. Said there was nothing I could do. I told the manager at Home Depot I wanted to talk with someone higher said there was no one I was stuck. My wife found a corporate manager and they said they would send out a new washer and switch the washer door. Then they said they would have to send ge tech . I went to another Home Depot store and the store manager told me 1st mistake is you dont buy appliances from box stores you go to a small appliance store and you get better service that is what he does. When a store manager tells you you wont get good service from Home Depot go elsewhere.
