        I came to pick up a load from this company they took the pickup info and i waited for too long until the shift ended and waited for the next shift to start and no one showed up for hours first time to come here and its the last time....

        I worked at Sodecia in the latter half of 2022 and the first week of 2023. DO NOT WORK HERE! I REPEAT DO NOTNWORK HERE! They will mess up your check! There will be times when they straight up do not pay you. I still have not gotten paid for the week after Christmas 2022. I asked Sonjay the plant manager why I have not gotten paid and he told me they did not send my hours over to my temp agency even though I worked. They do not care about paying their employees some of the union workers have been awarded back pay for several thousands of dollars. Paying their workers is not a priority. Do not work here if you need to get paid for working.
