Wishy washy management overall, ask what all your work load needs to be done or youll be left with being fired over something you were never told to do! Do NOT work here.

Honestly good place to work i had worked at rco I dont care i see bad comments about rco but I will say different is good place good management good attitude i had worked on presses area with the leader bell good guy easy going as long you do your job no one care what you do every one nice the only thing make me leave rco was pay they pay biweekly or i wasn't gonna leave thats only way even though i get pay now way more they pay me at rco but i will still worked for them if they pay weekly so is beautiful place to work
