Would give less than one star if possible Dropped my Stihl chain saw off for service in September , the gentleman said should be about two weeks. Difficult or near impossible to get An update until I called area service rep Scott Betzer. Service still stalled 8 weeks later and cant even get my saw back in one piece as its in parts spread out over the workbench. I earn my living with my tools and since bought a new saw to bridge the gap. My advice is to run from this dealership before they have a chance to take advantage of your trust.

I wouldnt recommend them to fix anything for you at all! My dads John Deere mower broke in May of 2019, the tractor ran fine but when mower was turned on in it made an awful noise and started smokinglong story short the belt had come off. We took it to them because they were the closest John Deere dealer, and our local Hardware where we had always taken it for the yearly maintenance had just been totally devastated by the 500 year flooding in Sanford days prior. Our mistake! Weve had it back to them 3 times since May of 2019 all for the exact SAME issue. We just had to have them do work on the belt and pulleys again in August, Ive mowed 3 times and what do you knowits broken again! Unbelievable right? When I called today to explain my frustration lets just say they definitely lack customer service skills and take zero responsibility for their part in fixing it correctly the first 2 times they had it! Lesson learned, just because you have a John Deere doesnt mean you need to take it to a John Deere dealershipwell be going back to our friendly Sanford local hardware who has always been able to fix it correctly the first time!
