    I had an unfortunate experience of utilizing the valet service at Royal Park Hotel and was deeply disappointed by the outcome. Upon returning to my vehicle, I discovered that my expensive sunglasses had been stolen. Not only did the theft of my sunglasses result in a financial loss, but it also marred what should have been a pleasant experience. The lack of security measures in place to prevent such incidents reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of the valet service. The response from the establishment upon reporting the theft was inadequate. The staff seemed dismissive of my concerns and offered little assistance in addressing the situation or providing compensation for the stolen item. As a customer, I expect to feel safe and respected when entrusting my vehicle to a valet service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a sense of unease and reluctance to utilize valet services in the future.

    Wife and I stayed here on our anniversary for a nice getaway. The rooms are nicely appointed, however the fridge wasnt working and we called the front desk and decided to go eat dinner while they took care of that. We came back Two hours later only to find that no one had come by to repair it so doing my own investigating, I found that the fridge wasnt properly plugged in correctly to the outlet and once I corrected that it was working fine, the other thing I wanna point out is you probably never want to stay there and be towards the conservatory when there is a wedding even on the fourth floor The reason I say that is because it will be noisy with the music until midnight. Thats their cut off point for quiet time I would suggest if you have people staying in the hotel that are there for the wedding that maybe they should face that conservatory but not someone who is there to have a nice evening. Rooms: Overall ok. Need some light maintenance Walkability: Very close to downtown Food & drinks: Food is great in the restaurant. You just have to time it for the right time when we went there the people from the wedding were in there until the reception started so there was an overflow of people there was loud.

    Tiny/short toilets for a luxury hote...way too short for luxury $20 per day parking, website says free. Hotel never fills up... bar is competent. Recommend stay at the new Downtown INN... attend happy hour here. Location is obviously great. Team/service is decent.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the rooms exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and quality.
