DO NOT GO HERE like just pick any other gym in the area except here. Firstly, the gym is very aesthetic but thats about all the pros. The crowd at the gym is not the best. I dont typically get gym anxiety but the crowd here did something to me. Just feels judgmental. I decided that this gym wasnt for me so I decided to cancel. It is truly easier to dig a hole to the center of the earth with your bare hands than canceling a membership here. I go to the front desk, they tell me I cant cancel because I signed a year contract. Thats not what I was told when I signed up, but I guess my bad should have read the contract. I wait until the one year mark passes and try to cancel again. The front tells me they cannot cancel a membership for me. Makes no sense, but ok I guess. They tell me to call. I call the customer service number and could NEVER speak to anyone. I called at least 5 times during very normal business hours and not once was I able to get a real person. I decide to send an email asking them to cancel and call it a day. I heard nothing back. I send another. Again nothing. I decided to go back to the gym and ask the front to get me someone. I told them the steps I took to cancel and they seemed disinterested as best. I finally decide to just cancel my card and get a new one. Months later I get a call from a random lady telling me I owe them $400. I said for what. She said for late fees. I explained everything I did to cancel and how crazy it was that this is happening. She again seemed disinterested at best and kept threatening me that shes going to send to collections and how this will impact my credit score. Overall, I just gave up. DONT GO HERE. Customer service sucks and overall terrible company.

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, and I generally enjoy this gym. However, I have experienced consistent delays when seeking assistance at the front desk, particularly when making purchases or requesting access to the tanning beds. Despite staff members engaging in conversations amongst themselves, I often find myself waiting for 10-15 minutes before being attended to. It is frustrating to witness employees prioritizing socializing over serving customers promptly and efficiently. Also anyone could walk in thats not a member because they are never paying attention.
