    One Guy at this dealership really has no customer respect and its sadly a manager GRANT Our family has bought several cars from his dealership and all the sudden you want to be snobby over a GM problem with the truck and try to make me pay for it only had it for one month and was having issues with the wire harness come to find out, there was rodent damage he explained it would not be covered, but he shook my hand, and said if GM is not willing to cover it , we at Burt Watson will take care of it After going back-and-forth days after saying he would, then he wouldnt! tried to make me pay for it. dont seem like much to some people, but when you shake someones hand, say youre going to take care of a customer at least hold a promise!!! Said to some of my family we are not welcome back. WOW!

    I can't say enough for my salesman Cody. He went over and above for me and my 2022 trail blazer. He was very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. He was easy to talk to and didn't make me feel pressured at all. I appreciate all he did so I would have a good experience at Burt Watson. Will definitely be buying from him from now on.
