        Me and My husband went to Boost mobile to switch over his phone to a new account. My husband had already paid the activation fee online and pirchased a new phone but was having trouble figuring out how to activate the phone. Unsure what the guys name is he was very short and said my husband would have to pay the activation fee again for him to help.We literally stood there for 30 mintues trying to figure it out alone. He was super Rude and told us he has stuff to do in the back pretty much leave in his own words.
