Matthew's personality absolutely made this experience. He made sure that we were comfortable, was happy to offer us a range of options, and kindly educated us on proper fit and styling. I hope he will be there to counsel us again when we come back to purchase dress shirts and accessories. I didn't catch the name of the tailor, but I really appreciated her honesty, and I am thankful that she was able to explain exactly what she thought should be done and why. The expertise of these two left me feeling confident that we will be looking fantastic at our upcoming events.

I am unsure if it was what I was wearing with joggers and a hat, my demeanor or that I was open that my plan was to come back to purchase with my father. Regardless, I had the absolute worst interaction here. The gentleman who helped me couldnt get out of the conversation faster. I wanted to get some more information regarding purchasing my tux for my wedding and my groomsmen, needless to say I will not be buying it from here. As I was mid question he proceeded to tell me he has to go to attend to other customers who just walked in. He then gave the couple the same sales pitch as myself and continued with them. I understand the frustration that I was not purchasing that day, but this has completely ruined my perception of Mens Warehouse. I dont want to even get started with the lady who I believe was the seamstress and immediately told me that I was looking at the incorrect product as I was looking around at other jackets. I was polite as I left feeling so unwelcome but was fuming on the inside lol I do not recommend coming here unless youre just picking up something from the clearance rack.

I stopped in the store this week and Dylan one of the associates helped me out immensely. I needed to pick up a new suit coat and a shirt. He walked me through everything! Super Kind and helpful walking me through everything as well as making sure it fit me well. Thank you Dylan for the amazing service and helping me pick out that new fresh look.

Caleb helped me find an outfit for my girlfriend's brother's wedding. I am very happy with my first visit. I hope he's able to help me again in the future.
