        store quality has gone way down since they got a new store manager, short lightskin gal, didnt care to get her name cause she was too rude. wouldnt refund a board that snapped not even an hour after purchasing. you could see the board clearly wasnt made properly and they sold me faulty merchandise. telling everyone at Portage park and UpJohn to never give Zoomies their business again.
