    Justin Pruett represented Bankers Life Insurance Company in the most professional manner that I have manner that have experienced in years. He explained everything in detail. I am visually impaired and he made sure that I could see all materials. His knowledge of medicare and all supplemental, advantage plans was concise and completely understandable. I would recommend him to others. I appreciate his old school ways along with his tech savviness. His style and knowledge was very refreshing. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for your time and patience.

    Update: A regional Bankers Life Manager contacted me, apologized, gave me a better explanation of their services and sent a new representative out who was extremely helpful and offered any help we need in the future. I have upgraded to a four star review and would have given five stars but I still have not heard back from Kim to apologize or offer any help. Original three star review: A couple of years ago I would have given them 5 stars. Our representative Marin, was thorough, professional and made sure to contact us every fall to make sure we had the right company for our Medicare prescriptions. As far as the coverage for our medical, I'm very happy with that. The reason for the three stars is customer service. Marin left for another company and the man who came last year in her place was all about sales. It seemed to us that he was very money motivated as opposed to service oriented and when he couldn't sell us some unwanted whole life insurance we were no longer of any importance. We didn't receive a call this year so we called and got no response. When I called back the receptionist was very kind when I told her what had happened and she sent us to the manager whose name I believe was Kim, although I'm not sure. I told her our story and that we hadn't heard back and she came on like gangbusters telling me that her agents work hard and don't have time for that and don't get paid for that, it's an extra service. I was blown away. I didn't know they didn't get paid for it, Marin made it seem like it was part of their service. "Kim" perhaps was having a bad day but she sure didn't give a hoot about her long time clients and let me know it! She did tell me to go to Medicare.gov and take care of it myself. Very disappointing.
