State Farm or Harm sent me on a wild goose chase for almost a month while trying to settle a claim against one of their clients who totaled my car . One Representative would tell me I need these forms another would tell me I needed these forms only to find out, I wasn't eligible through Michigan law to get this settlement. You would think out of four of the persons I dealt with, one, over the three and a half weeks would have had some training to know that I wasn't eligible, and not have waited until the day I had finished running their rat race and completed all they needed, or said they needed to remember the Michigan insurance laws.
