Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kalamazoo, MI

This was by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Hats off to the front desk lady for keeping her cool. Super nice and accommodating. First we walk into our room and the smell is horrible...then the floor by our AC was soaking wet and the AC leaked onto the floor for the 2 days we stayed. Then the Hockey team and their parents showed up. Kids running up and down the halls all night long, screaming and yelling. Parents outside drinking and playing cornhole all night outside our window. No sleep at all. The beds were like sleeping on concrete. Our water in our bathroom was a rusty yellow...the bathroom door did not shut at all. Just a horrible experience. I will not be staying here again.

Bed bugs bed bug. Filthy. Both managers completely horrible. Im dead serious. Do not stay here. Checked in and us and 3 other hotel guests were leaving due to bugs. Front desk managers were horrendous people. I cannot believe they are in charge. Unreal experience. We are not complainers. This was unreal. Avoid avoid avoid. Whoever runs the place extremely rude and horrible. Seriously
