Booked my dad here this weekend. Paid in full before check in. When we arrived they charged him an extra $50 smoking deposit and the card I used had been hit multiple times with @$80 charges and one $8 since check in. No idea what for. The guy at the desk said I still owe $8.14. Going to talk to the manager today. Well see if Michelle thinks I owe them money still too

Im not sure where to begin. I have a feeling I will need to call corporate to get it all straightened out. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel, my family, and I wanted to take advantage of an indoor pool while in town visiting family. The pool is not heated. It is ice, cold, and un useable. The rooms are spacious, but outdated and dirty. The Indian hotel was very unhelpful, and it felt like there was a language barrier. The best thing to offer is the continental breakfast. The biscuits almost taste, homemade, and it is free. Overall, this is not somewhere I would recommend anyone to stay. The hallway, constantly smell like marijuana and people were in the hallway all night on the phone with their pets being very loud I remember, looking vividly at my alarm at 1 AM, and still hearing a ton of noise. I knew it wasnt a four or five Into it, but you still expect a clean room and usable amenities I have extra charge on my credit card that is still pending. When I asked the staff about that I was assured it would fall off its still there.

The room was clean, no major problems for the average star rating. Except, the conscious decision to not replace lights in a the bathroom. As you can see in the photo, with a 5 light system, only 2 lights work, 1 over the sink and the 1 closest to the shower. As I left for a daylong event after my first night, I asked at the desk to have the lights replaced while I was gone. When I returned 8 hours later they still were not replaced. I mentioned this to the same desk person after my 2nd night about the lights not being replaced. His response is he left before the manager arrived the day before. Um, no! You cannot leave notes about repairs needed or there is a form? Is this not something housekeeping staff could / should do, replace light bulbs that are out? Thus I think it is a conscious decision by management to NOT replace the bulbs that were out, especially with the placement at each end of the light system. Also as I tried my key card at the of my 1st day, my card would not work, so I had to trudge back to the desk to have it rescanned. I was told it was because the key was next to my phone all day, they become uncoded. Thats a new one for me, and I travel quite a bit. Plus I know it was not directly next to my cellphone all day. So it was an okay place, but I wont be back.
